Nicole Armstrong-Choon

My name is Nicole Armstrong and I am a native of the beautiful Berkshires of western Massachusetts. I am an Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP) Certified Massage Therapist who has been practicing for over 10 years. I am a certified XPE CORE SPORTS BODYWORK member, having performed clinical sessions on elite collegiate football players training for the NFL combine alongside sports performance & sports medicine professions. Additional training includes Myofascial Release Techniques and Advanced Concepts for treating the Head, Neck, and Shoulders.

My specific area of interest is myofascial-based treatment of sports injuries. My aim is to apply combinations of techniques, specific bodywork, and stretching in order to promote recovery from injuries, as well as to prevent injuries in the first place. I consider myself a problem solver, motivated in addressing aches and injury to get you back on track in your active lifestyle. I take great joy and pride in my work, helping individuals improve performance, recharge vivacity, increase connectivity, deepen awareness, and enhance wellness for achieving an overall better quality of life.
