I attended Arizona School of Massage therapy and took their advanced courses in Utah after my completion.  I have continued to learn and grow through the courses offered at ABMP and through the South West Institute of Healing Arts.

Practice Philosophy

To provide a safe place for individuals to heal through the use of both massage and energy work.  Using these techniques and providing a safe space allows the individual to work towards a state of homeostasis.

Why I do what I do:

From a young age I was always told that I had good hands.  This had lead me toward massage.  It brings me joy to be able to help people.  Massage is a great way that I can help people by providing assistance to heal and reduce pain. 

A little bit about me:

I am a native to Arizona and I have lived here my whole life.  In 2019 I began my own transformation journey with my own health where I learned a lot about health and wellness.  I was able to bring my self into a healthier lifestyle through the knowledge of nutrition and training.  This has brought a new passion of exercise and nutrition into my life.

Outside of work I enjoy hiking and cycling as well as spending time with my wife of over 15 years and my two daughters.
