At Moore Wholeness, I believe true healing goes beyond temporary relief. My mission is to help you move closer to wholeness by identifying and addressing the underlying causes of pain, restriction, and dysfunction—not simply treating the symptoms.

Every session is customized using the Moore Wholeness Method™, an integrative approach that combines Neurofascial Strain Release, Myofascial Release, Medical Massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage as appropriate for your body's unique needs. Rather than following a routine, I evaluate how your fascia, nervous system, lymphatic system, posture, and movement patterns work together to create lasting change.

Sessions are intentionally slower and more precise, allowing the body time to relax, restricted tissues to release, and healthy movement to return. My goal is to restore function, reduce pain, and support your body's natural ability to heal.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, experiencing swelling, or dealing with persistent tension, every treatment is designed specifically for you. There are no routine massages and no unnecessary add-ons—only focused, therapeutic care centered on your individual goals.

All services are priced the same—there are no upcharges based on technique or modality and tipping is not expected or required.

All prices are for in office massage by appointment only. Mobile massage may have a travel fee based on your location. Message me for mobile rates.

First time massage client receive free customization consultation.

30 minutes – $65 (Cash: $60)

60 minutes – $105 (Cash: $100)

90 minutes – $150 (Cash: $145)

120 minutes – $195 (Cash: $190)
