In 2026 I began training in CranioSacral therapy. I also expanded my Thai massage education to include special focus on the head and jaw. You will see my service offerings evolve alongside my education and experience, so please take a look around and feel free to contact me with questions.

Thai Massage is an ancient healing art combining compression, pressure points, stretching and flowing movement to support your body’s natural vitality.

You typically stay comfortably dressed in loose, comfortable clothing throughout the session.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, light-touch therapy that supports your central nervous system for whole-body health and balance. Unlike Thai massage, CST does not involve big movements or deep compression but can be just as healing and powerful in it's therapeutic effects.

CranioSacral Therapy is intended to support overall balance (homeostasis) throughout the body and is frequently used in autistic children, chronic pain management, various traumas and more. I am currently working with basic CST skills.

You will be lying on a massage table for most sessions. There is little movement involved. Dress in clothing that is light and comfortable.
