I provide holistic massage that targets tension release and provides pain relief, while honoring the whole body, encouraging awareness and mindfulness. I follow your breath as my guide to find areas of tension and keep prolonged pressure there to work through those pesky knots and areas of resistance, all while keeping the pressure within your limits so that you can loosen and feel truly relieved.

My style falls largely under deep tissue massage, meaning that I use anatomy to target specific muscles to get that spot that has been bothering you, and to increase range of motion in restricted areas. I use a mix of techniques such as trigger point therapy, facilitated stretching, rocking and gliding. I also incorporate techniques and philosophy from gentle modalities such as shiatsu, Tui Na, Chi Nei Tsang, craniosacral and lymph drainage massage to honor your energetic body and soothe the nervous system.
