About
As a professional dancer, lifelong movement lover, and person with scoliosis, I have a deep passion for helping people connect to their physical bodies. I truly believe that massage and movement can help us all to feel more ease, radiance, and presence in our daily lives - and ultimately, to connect more fully with the world around us!
My interest in holistic anatomy and my own journey with self-care and efficient movement practices inform each massage that I give.
I graduated from The New School for Massage, Bodywork, and Healing and have completed the Barnes Myofascial Release 1 training and Craniosacral levels 1-4 with Misha and David Sol. I offer Swedish, relaxation, deep tissue, and craniosacral, and I enjoy blending many modalities into each tailor-made session. I am licensed to practice in Illinois and Wisconsin.
I have danced professionally in Chicago for 2 decades, most notably with Lucky Plush Productions, and I teach dance and movement classes at Columbia College Chicago.
I am a home herbalist and a kitchen witch; I love making my own herbal oils, teas, and remedies. I spend much of my time outdoors; I have a passion for tending gardens, walking by the lake, and admiring wild plants and mushrooms. I'm a bumblebee monitor and a volunteer with the Lake County Forest Preserves and really enjoy dance parties and feeding good food to good people.
