Mary Downs

Mary Downs, LMT, started her massage career in 2008 in Maryland and her skin care career in 2017 in Miami.  Although surrounded by a family of nurses, she knew massage and therapeutic modalities would be her way of facilitating healing for herself and many others.  Mary's compassionate approach includes several modalities to meet an individual's unique needs.  Mary believes that muscles and fascia of our bodies hold memories and emotions.  In each session, she offers various modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic, Thai, prenatal, reflexology, and myofascial release.  Her passion became particularly ignited upon her move to Miami.  She was able to train in top hotels with trainers from all over the world.  This experience led her to earn her certification as a lymphatic teaching assistant in Miami and internationally in the Caribbean.  This experience and her desire to be back with family and friends led her to Yogamour.  She looks forward to each individual and facilitating their pathway to restoration and balance.
