My name is Marinda, I'm a licensed massage therapist.

I specialize in pain management and chronic tension relief. Using an understanding of muscle movements, anatomy and intuition, I like to pinpoint exact causes of pain and create a plan to get you feeling better.

Massages are most effective when two bodies work together to address areas of hurt, so asking for feedback about pressure, pain location and comfort are essential in my massages.

I offer neurocupping, a style of cupping that works together with your tissues and your nervous system to help lift tough tissues (compacted tissue, scar tissue) that can restrict movement and cause pain. It's can be used deep, but also gently with great results, a great option for anyone who likes a lighter pressure.
