I was born and raised here in Glenwood Springs and most definitely love the outdoors!
I am so thankful to be able to be around this lovely place filled with trees, rivers and fresh air. I like to stay active all the time, but If I am not actively in the outdoors I am most likely sitting by a river writing in my journal ! appreciating mother nature's gifts that surrounds us day by day:)
I have worked with a chiropractor and spas and with out a
doubt I love helping people and easing their pain away by these therapeutic sessions. The massages are based on what the body needs and what the client needs. I can most definitely say I love my job and I enjoy what I do and it is definitely shown in my work.
