Licensed in 2018, I am a graduate of Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage (OSTM), in Syracuse, New York. With a background in both clinical and spa settings, I prefer to incorporate multiple modalities into each session. This location is tailored specifically for women, to obtain stress relief, and receive treatment for chronic headaches, TMJ pain, plantar fasciitis, or general tension and discomfort; I may integrate postural/gait assessments, streching, Muscle Energy Techniques, and breathing techniques into each session.
