In sessions I address problem areas to relax pain patterns and increase circulation which rejuvenates the joints and muscles allowing you to return to a life of normal daily activities.

In my practice I have successfully helped clients suffering from pain caused by fibromyalgia, numbness, sciatica, decreased circulation, bone-on-bone joint discomfort, rotator cuff injuries, whiplash, arthritis, frozen shoulder, stiff joints, chronic migraines, headaches, low back pain, prenatal pains, runner's knee, tennis elbow, TMJ, and carpal tunnel syndrome. Over a few sessions, and with a little bit of self-care homework I teach you to do on your own time between sessions to keep those joints loose, my therapeutic massage protocols effectively address and remedy those presentations in my clients.
