In my practice, I believe that bodywork can be very powerful and positively impactful. Some of the benefits of massage include stress relief, help with nervous system regulation, relaxation, and more! I especially enjoy doing Swedish massage and using different techniques like acupessure amongst other modalities, to ground the body and create a sense of safety within the nervous system. My other hobbies include spending time with my dog, family, and friends! When I get out of school by the end of March, my available times are Monday- Thursday, 9 am- 6 pm, and Friday-Saturday, 9 am- 8 pm. Prices listed below.

-45 min focus massage( any areas of the body you want focus on, ex: just neck and shoudlers)- $110

-60 min Swedish or Integrated work, $120

-90 min Swedish or integrated work, $160

- 120 min Swedish or Integrated work, $210

- 60 min Lymphatic Drainage massage- $115

- 30 min Craniosacral- $65
