Experience Relief from Stress and Tension with Mary Beth Rezek's Massage and Sound Healing Sessions!

Mary Beth specializes in helping people relax at a very deep level whether offering massage, sound therapy, reiki, or teaching a yoga class. Vibrational sound therapy is a specialty where zen therapeutic singing bowls are placed on the body and played creating profound changes that occur in the nervous system leaving clients deeply relaxed. Relaxation massages include; swedish, Hawaiian lomilomi and thai massage. Research shows regular massage improves circulation, reduces muscle tension and stress. Reiki is a technique that uses energy force to reduce stress and anxiety and encourage relaxation. The method uses gentle touch to send healing energy and improve balance and flow throughout the body. It is one form of energy work. Mary Beth likes to integrate sound healing into massage with tuning forks and specialized Zen therapeutic singing bowls, Her yoga class ends with a guided meditation while Himalayan or crystal singing bowls are played during resting time.

Therapeutic Offerings:

• Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST) singing bowls on the body for deep relaxation
• 60 minute massage (swedish, Hawaiian lomilomi, thai massage)
• Reiki (energy healing)
• 60 minute integtrative healing sessions: choosing two 30 min. sessions of reiki, VST, or massage
• 30 minute tuning fork facial
• 30 or 60 minute individual sound baths (now available in person and via Zoom!)
• 60 minute monthly sound baths (guided meditation and sound instruments) available for group sessions
• Free weekly chair yoga classes at the Shaker Heights library, Friday 10:00 a.m.
• Kirtan at Abide Yoga Studio, Shaker Heights
