Experience Relief from Stress and Tension with Mary Beth Rezek's Massage and Sound Healing Sessions!

Mary Beth specializes in helping people relax at a very deep level whether offering massage, sound therapy, reiki, or teaching a yoga class.

Regular Massage Massage reasearch indicates improved circulation, reduced muscle tension and stress. Mary Beth likes to integrate sound healing into massage (30 minutes of each).

Vibrational sound therapy is a specialty where zen therapeutic singing bowls are placed on or around the body. This results in nervous system regulation such as breath and heart rate slowing leaving clients deeply relaxed. Group sound baths are available. The overtones from the bowls shift brain waves as the focus moves inward. It becomes an invitation to rest and recover from everyday stress.

Reiki is an energy work technique to reduce stress and anxiety and encourage relaxation. It can remove energy blocks in the body. The method uses gentle touch to send healing energy and improve balance and flow throughout the body. It is one form of energy work.

Yoga: Her yoga class ends with a guided meditation while Himalayan or crystal singing bowls are played during resting time.

Offerings:

· Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST) singing bowls on the body for deep relaxation

· 60 minute massage

· 60 minute Reiki (energy healing)

· 60 minute integrative healing sessions: choosing two 30 min. sessions of reiki, sound therapy, or massage

· 30 or 60 minute individual sound baths (now available in person in Shaker Hts. office and via Zoom!)

· 60 minute bi-monthly sound baths available 1st and 3rd Wednesdays
