In addition to being an LMT in NJ, I am also a Holistic Wellness Practitioner and Educator, Amen Brain Health Trainer/Coach, Girls Gone Strong Menopause Coaching Specialist, Immersive Meditation Facilitator, Stretch Coach, Specialized Kinesiologist, and Reflexologist/Auricular Therapist.  I work with people over 40 to help them achieve their wellness goals using a complete mind and body approach within the context of Dr Daniel Amen's Brain Health Programs and the Points of Balance Program I have created.

I only provide massage services in NJ. Coaching and Holistic Wellness services are available in person in the Pittsburgh, PA area or online for your convenience no matter where you live!
