I am passionate about helping women lighten their burdens through healing modalities I’ve trained in and utilize regularly.
My ultimate goal is to support you in releasing deeply rooted trauma and finding freedom and peace.

My journey began 10 years ago. I was personally overwhelmed, incredibly fearful and anxious until I experienced the transformative power of a professional massage! Inspired by that healing, I felt the calling to become a healer myself.

I was licensed as a Massage Therapist in 2016 and I’ve owned my practice ever since.

Continuing education is a priority—I've earned certifications as a Certified Reiki Master, an Accredited Kinetic Chain Release Practitioner, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and I'm also certified in Connective Tissue Release. I am always seeking new ways to serve you better and I add to my knowledge every year with very thorough research on what works best.

My approach is intentional and always personalized. Each session is tailored to your own needs—from ambient settings like table temperature and music to soothing aromatherapy. Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain, migraines, stress, anxiety, or underlying trauma, I am here to support you.

Throughout your session, you will experience focused, heart-centered care.
I incorporate techniques such as cupping, heated bamboo, and warm stones—at no extra charge—all to further enhance your healing experience.
