There is a lot in today’s world that can leave us feeling overwhelmed or disconnected — often alongside physical discomfort, chronic stress, or uncertainty. This is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and be cared for. Lite Touch Massage Care is a calm, inclusive, and affirming space where all bodies and identities are welcome, and where your body is supported to flow, align, and renew with gentleness, respect, and care.

Lite Touch Massage Care is a solo practice rooted in personal healing, deep listening, and the belief that gentle, intentional touch can help people align and feel more at home in their bodies. I am a North Carolina Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist (LMBT #23044) and a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapist (MLD-C), and Management of Post Plastic Surgery Procedures (CPST) with a focus on lymphatic concerns, post-surgical recovery, and Lipedema-informed care. I also offer Reiki energy balancing for clients who feel drawn to a subtle, restorative approach.
My work is especially supportive for those navigating chronic conditions, stress, recovery, or long-term discomfort. It is offered with great intention and care, creating a nurturing space where hope is held through comfort, presence, and compassion. Sessions are unhurried and client-centered, and are often experienced as calming and grounding, with many clients leaving with a greater sense of ease, lightness, or relief, and feeling better resourced to meet daily life.
After experiencing multiple surgeries and incorporating lymphatic care into my own recovery, I feel called to offer support that honors each client’s unique body and healing process. This work is not about forcing change, but about creating space for the body to feel safe and gently encouraged toward balance.
I work best with clients who value gentle therapeutic approaches and are seeking realistic, hopeful support rather than quick fixes.
