My philosophy as a massage therapist is to help people notice where they are holding stress and tension in their body. Using modalities like Myofascial Release, Deep tissue, and energy and sound work can assists people in letting go of restrictions being trapped in the body and heal.

I wish for you to feel more grounded, balanced and rejuvenated when you leave the studio and ready to take on the world.
