My holistic approach focuses attention not only on muscles, but bones, joints, and the lymphatic system incorporating slow fluid strokes with specific point work on problem areas.  I enjoy connecting with clients using both my intuitive skills and analytical problem solving to bring mind-body awareness and facilitate healing.

My meditative sessions integrate a wide range of techniques to allow clients to access their own healing power and potential.

With a deep belief in continuing education, I continually enrich my skills and knowledge. My techniques include Swedish massage with Deep Tissue/Sports Therapy, Myofascial Release, Stretching, Cupping, and Aromatherapy.

As a Master Reiki therapist, I also infuse the benefits of energy work, moving stuck patterns to align your body and mind with your true self.
