My experience in the natural healing arts began over 40 years ago when I needed to find a way to overcome a life threatening condition that defied the best efforts of my conventional medical team. Over the years I was fortunate to have many opportunities to study with a number of brilliant and dedicated healers. They taught me the value of having a multifaceted and integrated approach to healing that worked with the body's natural intelligence (physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual) and empowered individuals to create high levels of wellness for themselves.

My areas of practice are: bodywork, energywork, and body/mind medicine. They have a natural inter-relatedness as well as being individually capable of creating profound positive impacts on quality of life. I continue to educate myself) quite broadly in all of these areas.

Out of the many modalities I have studied, those I have chosen as the core of my practice are ones I have come to rely most on for maintaining my own health and well-being. I value these approaches not only for their effectiveness in creating ease and balance, but also for their ability to support self-empowerment and self-understanding.

I offer private sessions in NRT (Neural Reset Therapy), Positional Release, and Jin Shin Jyutsu.

I teach and offer private sessions in Inner Relationship Focising, Focusing Based Somatic Inquiry, Breema® Bodywork, Self-Breema® Exercises, Tong Ren, Hip Flossing, and Neurological Ball Work using Elaine Petrone's Miracle Balls.
