Leslie Kraus

My name is Leslie and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2009. Since graduating from the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in New York City, I have worked in four states and a wide range of settings: from luxury spas and hotels to athletic events, from bustling medical practices to cozy private offices.

Having trained in both Western and Eastern bodywork modalities, I have found that many complementary techniques can be fused into a therapeutic session. Giving and receiving massages is a collaborative process, and I enjoy tailoring all aspects of the experience. Your preference for pressure, add-ons like cupping or aromatherapy, hot and cold application, and other elements may vary from one appointment to the next.

Self-care is an investment in your quality of life. I am a firm believer in the benefits of preventive care and stress reduction. Massage therapy is a fantastic way to reconnect with your body, get grounded, and restore a sense of well-being.
