I'm Lauren Angelet, LMT — owner and therapist. My work goes beyond relaxation. I combine therapeutic massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, and functional movement assessment to address the root cause of pain, not just the symptoms.

Clients come to me for chronic neck/back pain, plantar fasciitis, repetitive strain from work or training, and post-injury recovery. Every session is customized — no routine — with clear goals, home care, and realistic outcomes.

I also value supporting those who support our community and strive to make massage therapy accessible, no matter a client's income.
