Each session is taylored specifically to the client's individual needs of that day. Every day and every body is different. I help move the tissues deeply in a way that allows more space to breathe on a cellular level. I am skilled shifting stuck tissues into a more fluid state.

I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2011. I have an office downtown Asheville and occasionally do mobile (on-site) massage for events or businesses.

I specialize in trigger point release and integrate the modalities I have learned over the years into a myofascial similar experience .
