Hello, I’m LadyKaren Wilcox.

My path to healing began with a transformative shift in purpose, leading me through Irene’s Myomassology Institute and ultimately to earning my Master’s in Public Health (MPH) with a concentration in Complementary and Alternative Medicine.

After relocating from Florida to the peaceful woodlands of Mississippi, I built my practice around a simple principle: true health requires caring for the whole person—mind, body, and environment. Today, I combine clinical training, hands-on touch, and natural therapies to help clients reboot their vitality and find lasting relief.
