Krystal Norberg

Drawing from 23 years of experience in massage therapy my practice offers an integration of all the different skills that have been learned along the way. Whether you are needing rehabilitation from surgery/injury or perhaps just a deep dive in to your parasympathetic nervous system, massage helps with both. Sessions typically run one hour or ninety minutes with wiggle room on either end. Regularly scheduled sessions are a wonderful way to learn about your own body awareness thus showing the path to unwind and release the patterns of tension. Massage is a great addition to any healthcare regime.
