Hi, I'm Kristie, owner of Natural Therapy with Kristie. I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who is passionate about helping others improve their health through natural, whole-body care. My journey into wellness is personal. Like many people, I've experienced difficult seasons that challenged me physically and emotionally. Those experiences taught me that healing isn't just about treating symptoms, it involves caring for the whole person. That has inspired me to pursue massage therapy and nutritional therapy so I could help others find relief, restore balance, and feel empowered in their own health journey.
