Welcome to Knots Away Massage!

When you visit Knots Away, you are treated like a VIP every time from start to finnish.

Start:

Making your appt is easy to do anytime online or a direct text to your provider.

At the office:

You can expect to answer a few questions once you arrive about any health concerns your provider should be aware of (please stay home if you are contagious).

What are your goals for this current session, any pain or restrictions with movement, etc.?

You will be given privacy and modestly covered with a sheet and blanket.

The VIP comfort:

The face cradle is adjustable

The table can be heated

Extra pillows, cushions, etc. Is available for positional comfort

Heated towels may be used during the massage

You are encouraged to speak up if the pressure used or position is painful or anything needs to be adjusted.

Finish:

When the session comes to an end, your provider will let you know to take your time getting up to dress and will exit the room. Take this time to take a few deep breaths, wiggle your toes and fingers, sit up slowly to avoid a head rush.

Your provider will return with a bottle of water for you to start your hydration goals.

Still curious if massage is right for you?
