About
Kirsty started her career as a massage therapist working for Royal Caribbean Cruiselines. Her adventurous spirit and quest for excellence led her to a massage school here in Atlanta. She graduated in 2000 with a specialization in neuromuscular therapy (NMT) and sports massage.
Later, she became an instructor in the NMT department where she taught for several years while working as a massage therapist at Shepherd Spinal Center, a spinal cord and brain injury rehabilitation hospital. Kirsty is passionate about healing and became a certified yoga instructor in 2009. She loves nothing more than helping others reach their goals, find relief from pain and achieve freedom in movement. With over 25 years of experience as a massage therapist, she incorporates a multitude of modalities including neuromuscular therapy, sports technique, stretching/yoga and Thai massage.
