When I am not working, you can always find me outdoors: kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming and getting lost on local trails while attempting to hike. I am very passionate about nature, animals and protecting all that is good. I believe in everyone’s ability to help themselves and I look forward to being the vessel through therapeutic touch and relaxation on your journey to the best version of you!
