It is my sincere belief that our bodies 'know' how to heal. My philosophy reflects my overarching belief that wellness and healing are internal processes governed by the client. Sometimes, we need support and guidance to promote a state of deep relaxation in order for our healing to manifest. My chosen role as a massage therapist is to act as a facilitator to your individual healing process.
