About
Hello! My name is Julia and I’m a massage therapist who believes the body has a way of telling us exactly where it needs a little extra love. I enjoy finding the areas that are holding tension or asking for attention and working with them patiently and intentionally.
Rather than sticking to one style, I listen to what the body needs and blend Swedish, deep tissue, stretching, and other techniques as appropriate. Sometimes that means slowing down and creating relaxation; other times it means getting deeper into a stubborn trouble spot or adding movement and stretching. Every massage is different because every body is different—and my goal is to give yours the care it’s asking for.
