As a Licensed Massage Therapist, my goal is to provide integrative massage techniques specific to your needs.

Whether you're seeking a relaxing massage for stress management, deep tissue massage to work through layers of muscle and soft tissue, sports massage for improved performance or reduction of chronic pain, my goal is to reduce physical and emotional tension to facilitate these changes and empower you with the self-healing capabilities of your body.

60 Minute: $85.00
90 Minute: $115.00

Gift Certificates:
Available in any denomination

For your convenience, we accept cash, check, credit cards and Venmo. Payment is due at the time of service. Please present any promotional flyers, coupons or gift certificates in advance to receive credit.

Please feel free to inquire about an appointment time outside of the hours reflected.  I am happy to accommodate your schedule when available.  All hours posted are by appointment only.

Policies and Procedures
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for first-time and regular massage clients.

New Clients 
Please arrive for your appointment 5 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate forms for new clients, change and prepare for service.  All massages have a specific time schedule and timely arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.

Cancellation
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. Clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services.

Illness
Please note, massage is contraindicated for illness.  If you have symptoms of a cold or flu, fever or infection, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule.

About The Practitioner

Julie Bittel is a Licensed Massage Therapist located in Cedar City, UT.  A new resident of Utah, Julie began her journey into the healing arts while attending Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado (MTIC) in Denver, CO in 2015.  She brings the remarkable power of touch through a variety of techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Joint Range of Motion, Neuromuscular Therapy, Acupressure and Myofascial Release.  These techniques aim to calm, enable and facilitate change within your body.

Julie is an outdoor sports enthusiast and enjoys running, scuba diving and hiking with her husband and dogs.
