Having witnessed the profound effects massage can have on trauma, anxiety, and depression, I bring compassion and presence to every session. I believe in the body’s innate wisdom and capacity to heal, and I view massage as both an art and a sacred practice.

Life is a paradox—we arrive with empty hands, spend much of our time reaching for what we cannot keep, and ultimately leave with nothing to carry. Massage reminds me that the hands are not meant only to grasp, but to listen, to comfort, as vessels toward healing. What truly endures is not what we hold onto, but what the soul receives through presence, touch, and connection.

I am a trained massage therapist with a heart-centered approach to healing, recovery, and spiritual well-being. I studied at SomaTherapy in Rancho Mirage, where I received training in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and a wide range of modalities, including reflexology, acupressure, Lomi Lomi, deep tissue, Swedish, Thai, myofascial release, cranial sacral, lymphatic drainage, and hot stone therapy. My practice is rooted in a holistic understanding of the body, mind, and spirit.

I am committed to deepening my knowledge to better support each person’s unique journey toward wholeness and balance through professional development with the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP) and the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
