With over 19 years of experience in the healing arts, I am a LMT and holistic energy healer devoted to supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance.

My passion for understanding the deep connection between body, mind, and spirit has guided me to study a wide range of both physical and energetic modalities, including massage therapy, Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy, Esoteric healing facilitation, and shamanic healing practices.

These experiences, along with my own personal wellness journey, have naturally shaped the intuitive, holistic approach I offer today. My energy work is impactful yet gentle, and guided by the unique needs of each individual, supporting that which is ready to heal.

I also offer gentle, compassionate in-home geriatric and hospice massage for seniors who are homebound, living with dementia or Alzheimer’s, navigating chronic illness, or receiving end-of-life hospice care. These sessions are thoughtfully tailored to support comfort, ease, and connection, while honoring the dignity and unique needs of each individual. It is a privilege to provide a calming, nurturing presence during seasons of vulnerability and transition, offering support not only to clients, but to their loved ones as well.

Holistic Energy Healing

The bio-energetic field is the subtle energy field that surrounds and flows through your body. Just as your heart creates an electrical pulse and your brain sends signals through your nervous system, your body also generates a subtle, dynamic energy field which reflects your physical, emotional. and mental state.

This field is constantly responding to your experiences - stress, thoughts, emotions, environment and physical health. When life is flowing smoothly, you may feel calm, clear, grounded, and vibrant. Conversely, when you experience:

Energy healing works by gently listening to and supporting your bio-energetic field through light touch and working just above the body, assisting the release of energetic congestion and disruption, restoring flow and supporting your nervous system's return to balance.

80 min Holistic Energy Healing Session: $130.00

A full 1 Hr holistic energy healing sesson with an additional 15-20 minutes for questions and discussion. Sessions occur on a massage table, fully clothed, so non-restrictive and comfortable attire is recommeded.

Sessions will include some combination of the following: energy work, reiki, esoteric healing facilitation, CranioSacral therapy, and shamanic healing practices.

(3) - 80 min Holistic Energy Healing Sessions: $350.00*

Save $40 when you purchase a package of 3 - 80 minute sessions *Package must be used within 6 weeks of purchase

40 Minute - Mini Holistic Energy Healing Session: $70.00

For anyone that is new to energy work and would like to try a mini session, I offer a 25 minute holistic energy session with an additional 10-15 mins for questions and discussion.

Mobile Geriatric and Hospice Massage

Mobile geriatric and hospice massage is a nurturing, comfort-focused service provided in the safety and familiarity of home for seniors who are homebound, bedbound, living with Alzheimer’s/dementia, facing serious illness, or in hospice care.

These sessions use gentle, compassionate touch tailored to each person’s needs, comfort level, and medical condition. The focus is not on deep tissue work, but on promoting relaxation, comfort, connection, and a sense of peace. Sessions may include light massage to the hands, feet, shoulders, or back, and can be done fully clothed, in a bed, recliner, or wheelchair. Gentle energy work is also available and can be incorporated into each session for no additional charge.

Even when words become difficult, compassionate touch can communicate safety, care, and human connection.
