MISSION STATEMENT:

To help people move through life with less pain, greater confidence, and more freedom by combining hands-on therapy with practical self-care education.

In the more than 25 years as a massage therapist and over 40 years as a competitive athlete, I've experienced firsthand what it means to live in a body that needs to perform, recover, and keep moving.

Like many of my clients, I wasnt looking for temporary relief - I was searching for better answers. I wanted ways to stay active, recover more quickly, reduce pain, and continue to enjoy the sports and activities that bring joy and purpose to life.

This search has led me beyond traditional massage therapy and into the field of fascia research. I expanded my practice by training in Fascia Stretch Therapy® and becoming an instructor in The Melt Method®. These approaches, which focus on restoring hydration and movement within the body's fascial system, are transforming not only my own recovery and ease of movement, but are also transforming the results my clients are experiencing.

Today, every session is customized around one goal: helping people move with greater ease, recover more effectively, and become active participants in their own wellness
