Jen is Yup’ik and Siberian Yup’ik, a member of Manley Hot Springs, a Federally Recognized Tribe. Born into a family of traditional healers, she was trained from childhood to be a bridge between the old ways and the new. Supported by her family at Traditions in Healing, Jen works with individuals, families, and communities to anchor awareness with practical applications to promote vitality and resilience. Karen is Yup’ik and Siberian Yup'ik, a member of Manley Hot Springs, a Federally Recognized Tribe. Karen has been a health and wellness practitioner for over 50 years. Bridging traditional health-based practices with complementary and alternative medicine, she founded Traditions in Healing in 1991.
