Communication with your therapist is key to a relaxing and effective massage. If you are tensing up because the massage pressure is too strong, the surface muscles will contract, and the practitioner won't be able to melt into the tissues for proper release. My goal is to work slowly, and to use a pressure level that is most comfortable for you so that the tissues respond and release, while creating a deeply relaxing experience for you.
30 min: $40 (Recommended for children and teens)
60 min: $70
75 min: $85
90 min: $100
*A parent or legal guardian must accompany a minor receiving massage for the duration of the session.*
