Jane Terlizzi

Jane Terlizzi, LMT is a Christian-centered wellness practitioner, passionate about helping others care for their bodies and minds through science-informed, faith-aligned methods. She is the founder of Moran + Yum Creative LLC, a wellness brand that blends intentional self-care with purpose and faith.

Jane specializes in reflexology and auricular (ear) therapy, grounded in Western scientific principles. Using body and ear mapping, she works with reflex points, cranial nerves, and the nervous, circulatory, and fascial systems to support relaxation, balance, and overall wellness. Her approach is rooted in Scripture and Christian values. She does not support New Age practices, believing holistic care should honor both God’s design for the body and the wisdom of Western science. She empowers clients through education, helping them understand their body’s pathways and systems to take an active role in their wellness.

Beyond her professional work, Jane is a dedicated wife, mother of three boys, homeschool educator, community theater enthusiast, and hoop dancer. She is a lifelong learner passionate about creating experiences that combine joy, faith, and intentional care.

At Moran + Yum Creative, Jane invites clients to experience wellness that is intentional, informed, and faith-driven, offering care that is restorative, educational, and aligned with Christian values.
