Hello. I am a 32 year old female Holistic Health Practitioner. I specialize in injury rehab and structual integration. I like to focus on body awareness and alignment. I did a Structural Integration Mentorship and assisted teaching the Structural class in Laguna this last year. I went to Healing Hands school of Holistic Health in Escondido and am working in both a Spa and Chiropractic office in San Diego. I also do energy healings and Reiki.
