I chose this path because I wanted to help neighbors like you feel a little lighter and less burdened by daily aches. Every session is simply about listening to what your body needs and providing a quiet, safe corner of the world where you can let go and just be you.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

• We’ll start with a quick, friendly chat about how you’re feeling and what you’d like help with—no pressure, and you can share as much or as little as you’d like.
• You’ll have time to get settled on the table, with plenty of draping for comfort and privacy, so you always feel safe and respected.
• Throughout your session, I’ll check in about pressure and comfort, so we can adjust together and make the massage feel just right for your body.
