Jacob is a licensed massage therapist, graduate of the Finger Lakes Community College massage program (Associates degree in Applied Science), and is the son of world-renowned Master Lisa B. O'Shea. He has received additional training in Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Shiatsu, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

The nurturing environment of his office incorporates a strong focus on targeted pain relief including instruction for stretches and exercises as well as lifestyle analysis for lasting relief. His holistic approach helps build a lifestyle to promote your individual wellbeing.

As a fourth-generation wellness practitioner, Jacob's whole life has a theme of caring for people’s wellness.
