At Joy and Wellness I am devoted to delivering quality, professional massage services. As a Delaware Licensed Massage Therapist I am dedicated to the wellness, muscular relief, and relaxation of my clients. I welcome clientele from all ages and stages of life.

I believe that wellness begins with self care, understanding how your body works, and why dysfunction occurs. My treatments are focused on fulfilling your goals for the session, whether that is to relax, get relief from muscular tension, or recover from injury or surgery. We are better when we are relaxed, comfortable, and functioning at our peak potential! I love to help my clients feel their best!

As a 2011 graduate of Academy of Massage and Bodywork in Bear, DE, I strive for excellence in my practice. I am trained in Bamboo Fusion, LMT Success Groups Medical Massage Professional Level, Forearm Fusion, IMMT (Integrative Muscular Movement Technique) Levels 1 and 2 and IMMT Cupping, Aveda Advanced Reflexology, Gua Sha scraping, and maintain CPR and AED certification. Along with being a Delaware Licensed Massage Therapist, in 2022 I took the steps to advance my credentials by becoming Nationally Board Certified. Board Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (BCTMB®) is the highest credential within the massage and bodywork profession. Choosing to become Board Certified demonstrates ones advanced assessment and critical thinking skills.

And in case you want to know a little about me, let me share. Aside from helping my client's muscles feel great, I am honored to be training future massage therapists as an instructor at Academy of Massage and Bodywork in Bear, DE. When I am not surrounded by massage, I am surrounded by my family! My husband and 4 daughters are just as busy as I am but we love to have family game nights and just enjoy spending time together. I am a diehard Phillies fan and love spending time watching the boys of summer on t.v. or at CBP! I am also a Disney nerd and love to visit Disney World when I have the chance.
