At Human Kind Therapeutics, massage is individualized to you. Rather than following a standard routine, each session is tailored to what you're experiencing, with focused work aimed at addressing the areas that need attention most.

My practice focuses on targeted, therapeutic massage for chronic and persistent pain, muscle tension, restricted mobility, headaches, and musculoskeletal recovery following injury or surgery. Depending on your needs, your session may incorporate techniques such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, Swedish massage, Thai massage, and other therapeutic techniques.

My goal is to help you move more comfortably, reduce pain and tension, and make meaningful progress toward feeling and functioning better.
