Welcome to my site, I'm happy you're here! If you’ve been looking for a body work practice that extends far beyond the massage table, this could be the place for you.
Massage therapy is all about feeling good, and we all feel good in different ways. For many of us though, it can be challenging to access that well-being consistently in our lives. My goal is to help my clients access that feeling, in the massage and in their day-to-day.
I am trained in a variety of modalities that emphasize empowering clients to take more agency over their well being and build a more full awareness of what their body needs to thrive. A massage is only an hour or two out of the day, so I will aim to help you find what you need within yourself to feel energized, confident, and connected during your busy life.
