Hello my name is Demedra Lewis, Licensed Massage Therapist since 2010.  I attended classes at Universal College of Healing Arts in Omaha,Ne where I proudly completed a 1000 hour academic massage program. I then continued my education further at the college earning an Associates Degree of Applied Science for massage in 2011. Currently striving to provide the best quality health maintenance and pain management massage services to clients doing what i enjoy and  love. Specializing in Therapeutic relaxing Swedish massage, Deep tissue, injuries, pregnancy, hot stone, aromatherapy, body scrubs and much more.The techniques vary depending on individuals needs ranging from effleurage strokes, kneading,percussion,joint movement, and trigger point. Healing has truly been my call, learning more keeps me growing and my clients healthy and balanced.

Swedish Massage specifically is very relaxing; Focusing on superficial top layer muscles using light to moderate pressure which increases whole body circulation and decreases stress.

Deep Tissue Massage, also relaxing, aims below superficial muscles under the top layer using a more intense pressure that focuses on tension and problem areas specifically.

Pregnancy Massage for expectant mothers uses very relaxing specialized techniques and positioning to relieve stress and tension bringing comfort and nourishment to both mom and baby.

Services such as Body Scrubs, Exfoliation or Sugar Foot Scrub treatments remove impurities and dead skin cells. When combined with a relaxing Swedish Massage, they refresh and revive skin for a healthy glow while improving circulation.

Hot Stone Massage uses heated stones, combining this add-on with relaxing Swedish Massage techniques relaxes the muscles and allows deeper access to tissues with a warm, sedative effect, and promotes deep relaxation and healing.

Aromatherapy Massage allows you to choose an essential grade oil blend in a customized massage treatment to enhance healing during session may help with allergies, headaches, stress, congestion and more! Choose from Lavender, Eucalyptus, Peppermint or other blends (available seasonally)!
