Hello! My name is Heather Morrill. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2004, and received my Board Certification in 2015.I finished a Reiki Master course in December of 2017. I have also studied Quantum Touch, and Eden Energy Medicine 101 and 102. Also in 2017 I took a course in Massage Cupping and Cannabis Massage. I have been quite amazed at what Cupping can do and makes possible!

I am a massage therapist that works with your body, not against it. If you ask me to "give me all you got!" I will respond with "NO". Why? If I give you all I have, I will not have anything left over for myself, my family, or my next client. I only go as deeply as your body allows me to go. And I will find ways to work better for your body, not harder for me. I take my time with you as a client. I respect our time together, and ask for the same from you. I do not rush you to get on the table, nor off. This is YOUR time to relax. Feeling rushed in and rushed out would be antithetical to that.

SERVICES AND RATES

I offer different types of massage services to help with common health issues people face in today's fast-paced life. Each is different from the next. If you aren't sure which type of session is best for you we can discuss the results you are seeking and choose the type of session that best fits the outcome you are looking for.

Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, Check, or Credit Cards are accepted forms of payment. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks. Other policies are listed on the Hours, Scheduling, and Policies page.

Indulge in this deeply relaxing, and restorative, session that includes a full body dry exfoliation, warmed mineral-infused body butter application, 30 minute thermal body wrap, 30 minute hot stone foot massage. Relaxes the nervous system, takes down feeling of sensitive nerve endings, help with circulation of blood and lymph, & softens and smooths skin.

AROMATHERAPY

Choose an essential oil, or a blend of oils, to be used during the massage. Essential oils can help reduce inflammation (helping reduce pain), many are great for relaxation and stress relief, even supporting the immune system.

Massage Cupping

Using suction the cups lift the fascia and muscle tissue into the cups for a reverse-massage effect. This can help to quickly relieve muscle tension/pain with less discomfort for the client. Cupping also helps to move the blood and lymphatic fluids, thereby helping with circulation, it is sedating to the nervous system, and can help to loosen adhesions in the tissues.

EAR SEEDS

Ear seeds are applied to acupressure points on the ear to help with stress, anxiety, sleep, reduce tension and pain in areas

Scheduling and Policies:

I scheudule appointments Tues.-Fri. from 11:00-5:30, and Saturdays from 10:00-2:30, Saturdyas are by appointment only. Appointments are preferred. Same day/next day/same week appointments are not a guarantee. I can often be booked out for 2-5+ weeks for certain days/times. So I suggest giving 2-3 weeks notice for any inquiry for specific days/times for an appointment.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

As of January 1, 2024, 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you give less than 24 hours notice, or do not show up for/cancel your appointment, you will be charged the full amount. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

All session fees are due at time of service. I accept cash, personal check, FSA/HSA, and credit card. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment, for whatever reason, will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for the full amount of the appointment. More than 2 consecutive no-shows will keep you from being able to make any future appointments with me.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the treatment session actually given, you will be responsible for the full session fee. Out of respect and consideration to myself and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Inclement Weather Policy

I reach out to clients when I know there is inclement weather predicted, to discuss canceling/rescheduling sessions. However, if we agree on keeping an appointment, I show up and prepare for the session, and you choose to cancel the day-of, full session fee will be due to cover my time in preparation for that session.

Non-acceptable behavior

I regret this must be said, but I am not here for anyone's sexual pleasure. Such behavior, in words or actions, will not be tolerated. If you choose to speak or act in such a manner, the session time will be ended immediately, you will be charged for the full session time, then asked to leave. Depending on the severity of the situation, the proper authorities may/will be contacted to become involved.
