Gracia Haslett

Welcome to Summit Massage Therapy! My name is Gracia Haslett, and I am thrilled to partner with you on your journey to optimal wellness. As a recent massage therapy graduate, I bring fresh knowledge, a passion for healing, and an enthusiastic commitment to helping you experience genuine relief.

Massage therapy is a powerful catalyst for health. My ultimate goal is to help you reach your peak health, and I believe bodywork is one of the most effective ways to achieve that.

Every body is unique, which is why your treatment will be tailored specifically to your needs. My foundational style is Swedish Massage, known for its deeply relaxing and tension-relieving benefits. To ensure you receive the absolute best treatment, I dynamically incorporate specialized modalities into your session as seen fit:

• Swedish Massage: Smooth, gliding strokes to improve circulation, ease muscle tension, and promote deep relaxation.
• Trigger Point Therapy: Focused pressure on specific "knots" to alleviate localized pain and radiating discomfort.
• Cupping Therapy: Localized suction to increase blood flow, release stubborn fascial restrictions, and speed up recovery.
• Myofascial Release: Gentle, sustained pressure into the connective tissue to restore eliminate pain and restore motion.

Elevate your health, enrich your life.
