WHAT I PROVIDE
A combination of Tui Na and Craniosacral therapy
I employ a gentle, non-invasive treatment to restore the healthy functioning of the mind and body. In either 30 or 60 minute sessions, I use a variety of holding and massage techniques to achieve a deep release of tension in your muscles and fascia, allowing for deep relaxation and improvement in both physical health and mental state.
WHAT A SESSION LOOKS LIKE
Clients receive the massage while wearing their own comfortable clothes, sitting in a chair or lying down on the massage table. Because the emphaisis is on holding, supporting, and unwinding rather than pushing on muscles or joints, there shouldn't be pain either during or after the massage.
