When it is time to unwind and let go of life's burdens, both mentally and physically, the restorative therapy you will find in a massage room is just what you need! Making time to care for yourself is so important for your health and longevity. Massage is not just a treat but an integral part of your wellness routine. I will work with you to customize a massage that fits your needs. Whether you just need to relax, are working through an injury, or have muscle tension that is inhibiting your daily life, I am confident I can assist in achieving your goals.

My Techniques: My massage is always tailored to what the clients individual needs and wants are. I like to combine relaxation with therapeutic deep tissue techniques as well as some gentle range of motion and stretching. I also offer cupping therapy, use of hot and cold stones, and warm towels.

About me: I have been a Massage Therapist since 2009. I moved from Northern Idaho to Arizona in 2018. In Idaho I worked in a chiropractic office for over eight years where my knowledge and technique fully developed. I enjoy furthering my education, there is always something new to learn and grow from! In my free time I am an outdoors enthusiast ranging from hiking to fishing, hunting, backpacking, gardening and spending time with my dogs and horses. My husband and I enjoy remodeling our home as DIYers and working around our property, there are always projects going on around here!

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. In the event of an emergency you will not be charged for cancellation.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged in full for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
