Gregory Skidmore

I studied massage therapy at The Cortiva Institute Seattle in 2010. Members of Haida Brenneke and Brian Utting schools of massage comprised my team of instructors, providing an exceptionally well-rounded set of approaches and philosophies to manual therapies. I continue to explore and incorporate new methods and techniques in my practice to improve upon my practice.

As a facilitator for recovery and healing, I meet my clients’ needs and goals through clear verbal communication and intuitive exploration. My massage and bodywork style is malleable and fluid in effort to accommodate physical and emotional states of the individual. When appropriate, I place emphasis on joint-specific deep tissue, neuromuscular, and neuro-fascial techniques to improve musculoskeletal balance and performance. My goal is to help you feel more at home in your bones.

I currently provide massage therapy services at Orvis Hot Springs in Ridgway, Colorado, as well as mobile in-home service for your comfort and convenience. My mobile service area ranges from the Grand Valley to Ouray. Please get in touch to make an appointment.
