In 2003, Elizabeth found herself at an open house at Texas Massage Institute in Fort Worth. The idea of developing a skill she could utilize that encompassed her drive to help others, as well as her interest in muscle function and development intrigued her, but what was supposed to be a part-time trade quickly became an absolute passion and full time career. After completing several advanced certifications the school had to offer, she enrolled in Sterling Health Center in Dallas for more advanced education in the industry. Over time, she has obtained certifications in massage including neuromuscular, sports, corrective clinical, myofascial, trigger point, pre-natal, positional therapy (smrt), buccal/facial massage, and more, while still enjoying what she does as much as day one. She has experience working on all stages of life and health, in both spa and medical settings, as well as several charity chair massage events, and even multiple back stage events providing massage to musicians, production crews, and everyone involved in putting on major stage acts.

Elizabeth uses her multiple certifications to mix and match modalities in order to balance muscle tissue and solve problematic areas based on assessments, what you describe to her, and simply what you want and enjoy in a tailored massage session. She feels massage is not only extremely important to incorporate into ones life, but essential, and encourages everyone to include body work into their regular health care for total wellness.
